摘　　要：永久起搏器植入术是治疗心脏传导功能障碍最重要的手术方法之一,其可改善患者临床症状、心功能及挽救患者生命,但因受术侧肢体制动、伤口疼痛等因素影响,患者永久起搏器植入术后肩关节功能障碍发生率有增加趋势,且在临床工作中常容易被忽视,进而影响患者的生活质量。基于此,本文主要综述了永久起搏器植入术后肩关节功能障碍发生情况、功能评估及预防措施,以期为临床医护人员认识与预防永久起搏器植入术后肩关节功能障碍提供借鉴。Permanent pacemaker implantation is one of the most important surgical method to treat cardiac conduction dysfunction,which can improve clinical symptoms,cardiac function and save lives.However,due to influencing factors such as limb braking and wound pain on the operative side,the incidence of shoulder dysfunction after permanent pacemaker implantation of patients tends to increase,and it is often overlooked in clinical work,which in turn affects the quality of life of patients.Based on this,this article mainly reviews the occurrence,functional evaluation and preventive measures of shoulder dysfunction after permanent pacemaker implantation,in order to provide reference for clinical medical staff to understand and prevent shoulder dysfunction after permanent pacemaker implantation.
