摘 要:通过升级改造了合肥国家同步辐射实验室超导Wiggler磁体的低温系统,将原先低温系统的铜电流引线升级为高温超导电流引线,同时采用GM制冷机对高温超导电流引线进行传导冷却。在完成设计和首次降温实验、通电实验后,对实验数据进行分析,对低温系统的制冷量进行分配调整,用于改善低温系统的安全运行裕度。调整后的实验结果证明,高温超导电流引线的降温时间缩短了0.7小时,高温超导段的最低温度降低了7 K,460 A电流引线的最大运行电流提升了19%,20 A电流引线的最大运行电流提升了30%。By upgrading and transforming the cryogenic system of the superconducting Wiggler magnet at the Hefei National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory.The copper current lead of the original cryogenic system was upgraded to the high-temperature superconducting current lead,and the GM cryocooler was used to cool the high-temperature superconducting current leads.After completing the design,the first cooling experiment,and the electrification experiment,the experimental data was analyzed,and the cooling capacity of the cryogenic system was allocated and adjusted to improve the safe operation margin of the cryogenic system.The adjusted experimental results show that the cooling time of the high-temperature superconducting current lead is shortened by 0.7 hours,the cooling temperature is reduced by 7 K,the maximum operating current of the 460 A current lead is increased by 19%,and the maximum operating current of the 20 A current lead is increased by 30%.
