摘  要:随着叶片大型化发展,海上单叶片吊装技术以其风阻小、作业效率高和吊装安全等优势得到广泛的工程应用,准确计算吊装过程中的风载荷和吊装系统响应是工程中的重要问题。本文采用Matlab语言,开发了单叶片吊装风载荷计算程序。可以计算吊装过程随安装角度和变桨角度改变时的叶片风载荷。结合工程实际,计算了单叶片吊装过程的风载荷,并与其他程序的计算结果进行了比对验证,表明了本文开发的叶片吊装风载荷计算程序的可靠性和实用性,可用于单叶片起吊方案的制订。Due to its advantages of reduced wind resistance,high efficiency and lifting safety,the offshore single-blade lifting technology has been widely used in engineering applications as the size of blades continues to increase.Accurately calculating the wind load and the response of the lifting system during the lifting process is an important issue in engineering and research.This paper developed a computational program for blade wind load using Matlab.The developed program can efficiently calculate the trend of wind load variation with changes in the installation angle and pitch angle.The calculation results are verified with other programs,which shows the reliability and practicability of the blade lifting program developed in this paper.It provides an efficient and convenient solution method for single blade lifting engineering,which can be used for the formulation of single blade lifting scheme.
