摘　　要：目的探讨产出导向法理论视角下的创新工作坊在预防住院患者跌倒专项培训中的应用效果。方法便利选取武汉市某三级甲等医院内科7个专科的92名护士为研究对象,在前期调研的基础上,设置培训主题:知风险,防跌倒——我为跌倒动脑筋,通过基于产出导向法的创新工作坊开展预防跌倒的专项培训。比较培训前后住院患者跌倒情况、护士创新能力,调查护士对基于产出导向法的创新工作坊预防跌倒专项培训的满意度。结果培训后患者跌倒风险评估率高于培训前(P<0.05),但跌倒发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护士创新能力得分较培训前明显提高(P<0.05);培训后护士提交了55个创意报告,产生创新预防跌倒流程改善4项,环境管理改善7项,健康教育方法改善10项,申请国家实用新型专利28项;护士对基于产出导向法的创新工作坊预防跌倒的专项培训满意度高于95%。结论基于产出导向法的创新工作坊预防跌倒专项培训可有效提高住院患者跌倒风险评估率,有助于提升临床护士的创新能力,促进护理创新成果产出,得到护士的高度认可。Objective To explore the application effect of innovative workshops from the perspective of Production-Oriented Approach in the special training of preventing inpatients from falling.Methods A total of 92 nurses from 7 departments of internal medicine in a third-grade class A hospital in Wuhan were conveniently selected as the research objects.On the basis of the previous research,the training theme was set up:Knowing Risks,Preventing Falls:I'm Brainstorming for Falls,and carried out the special training on fall prevention through the innovation workshop based on the Production-Oriented Approach.Before and after the training,the fall situation of hospitalized patients and the innovation ability of nurses were compared,and the nurses'satisfaction with the special training on fall prevention based on the Production-Oriented Approach of innovation workshop was investigated.Results The fall risk assessment rate of patients after training was higher than that before training(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of falls(P>0.05).The score of innovation ability of nurses was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05).After the training,the nurses submitted 55 creative reports,generating 4 improvements in innovative fall prevention processes,7 improvements in environmental management,10 improvements in health education methods,and 28 applications for national utility model patents.The nurses'satisfaction with the special training of fall prevention in innovative workshops based on Production-Oriented Approach was higher than 95%.Conclusion The special training of fall prevention in innovative workshop based on Production-Oriented Approach can effectively improve the fall risk assessment rate of inpatients,help to improve the innovation ability of clinical nurses,promote the output of nursing innovation results,and get high recognition from nurses.
