摘 要:由于生活垃圾产生量日益增加,土地资源越来越紧缺,后期管理维护困难,垃圾填埋技术逐渐显露出其弊端。生活垃圾焚烧技术由于其占地面积小,减量化程度高,逐渐成为我国主流的垃圾处理方式。由于垃圾焚烧技术的推广,部分地区的垃圾焚烧企业出现了“吃不饱”的情形,陈腐垃圾掺烧技术被提上研究议程。填埋7 a以内的陈腐垃圾的可燃物占比为77.88%~80.69%,热值为4114.7~5332.7 kJ/kg,经过分选的陈腐垃圾适合焚烧处置。将陈腐垃圾与新鲜垃圾配比,陈腐垃圾的掺烧比例不高于20%。掺烧陈腐垃圾后,余热锅炉的蒸发量比正常情况下略有降低,炉渣的产生量略有增加。通过对陈腐垃圾利用的科学总结,得到陈腐垃圾资源化的完整技术路线,旨在为即将广泛实施的陈腐垃圾资源化提供参考。As the amount of domestic waste is increasing,land resources are becoming more and more scarce,and management and maintenance are difficult in the follow-up stage,landfill technology has gradually showed its drawbacks.Domestic waste incineration technology has gradually become the mainstream garbage disposal method in our country because of its small footprint and high reduction degree.Due to the promotion of waste incineration technology,some domestic waste incineration enterprises have a situation of"insufficient garbage volume",and the technology of mixed burning of stale waste has been put on the research agenda.The proportion of combustible materials in the stale waste buried within 7 years is 77.88%~80.69%,and the calorific value is 4114.7~5332.7 kJ/kg.The sorted stale waste is suitable for incineration disposal.The proportion of stale waste blending shall not be higher than 20%.The evaporation of waste heat boiler is slightly lower than normal,and the production of slag is slightly increased after mixed burning with stale waste.Through the scientific summary of the utilization of stale waste,the complete technical route of recycling of stale waste is obtained,which aims to provide reference for the utilization of stale waste.
