福建省乙类大型医用设备配置情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析福建省乙类大型医用设备配置情况,为卫生行政管理部门优化大型医用设备配置规划提供参考。方法:收集2019年~2022年福建省乙类大型医用设备配置情况相关数据,利用Excel完成数据录入,使用SPSS统计软件对数据进行统计分析,分别用χ^(2)检验和Fisher确切概率法分析大型医用设备的配置量在不同等级医院、不同性质医院以及不同地区之间是否有差别。结果:福建省在2019年~2022年共新配置了280台乙类大型医用设备,配置量呈逐年递减的趋势,种类以64排及以上计算机体层成像设备和1.5T及以上磁共振成像系统为主,经分析,设备配置在不同等级和性质的医院间有差别,在不同地区间无差别。结论:福建省各地区乙类大型医用设备配置公平性较好,医院的等级和性质是影响配置的重要因素,而规划总量与实际配置数量仍有改进空间。Objective:Analyze the configuration of class B large medical equipment in Fujian Province,and provide reference for health administrative departments to optimize the configuration planning of large medical equipment.Methods:Collect the data related to the configuration of class B large medical equipment in Fujian Province from 2019 to 2022,use Excel to complete data entry,use SPSS statistical software to conduct statistical analysis on the data,and use chi-squared test or Fisher exact probability method to analyze whether the configuration of large medical equipment is different in hospitals of different levels,hospitals of different nature,and different regions.Results:During the period from 2019 to 2022,a total of 280 class B large medical equipment were newly installed in Fujian Province,with a decreasing trend year by year in terms of configuration.The main types of equipment are 64 row or above X-ray computed tomography scanners and 1.5T or above magnetic resonance imaging systems.After analysis,the equipment configuration varies among hospitals of different levels and properties,and there is no difference between different regions.Conclusion:The fairness of the configuration of class B large medical equipment in various regions of Fujian Province is good,and the level and nature of hospitals are important factors affecting the configuration.However,there is still room for improvement in the planned total quantity and actual configuration quantity.
