摘　　要：射频是一种高频电磁波,通过转化为热能诱导真皮损伤,导致组织重塑,可刺激胶原和弹力纤维增生,因此用于痤疮、痤疮疤痕、皱纹、松弛等皮肤问题的治疗。射频技术应用于人体治疗已经有二十多年的历史,不仅成为在临床皮肤科上广泛应用的技术,更逐步朝家用方向发展,以家用美容仪的形式走入每家每户。文章通过分析射频技术的作用原理、机制、研究进展等,对近年来射频技术在临床皮肤科、家用美容仪的应用及机制的研究进行了较详细的介绍,力图对其在皮肤领域的应用与发展进行全面诠释。Radiofrequency is a kind of high-frequency electromagnetic wave,which can induce dermal damage by converting into heat energy,leading to tissue remodeling,and can stimulate the proliferation of collagen and elastic fibers,so it is used in the treatment of acne,acne scars,wrinkles,sagging and other skin problems.Radiofrequency technology has been applied to human body treatment for more than 20 years.It has not only become a widely used technology in clinical dermatology,but also gradually developed towards home use in the form of home-use beauty devices.By analyzing the principle,mechanism and research progress of radiofrequency technology,this paper gives a detailed introduction to the application and mechanism of radiofrequency technology in clinical dermatology and home-use beauty devices in recent years,and tries to give a comprehensive interpretation of its application and development in the field of skin.
