浅表超声、腹部超声联合检查诊断急性阑尾炎中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:分析在急性阑尾炎诊断中,联合腹部超声及浅表超声检查的临床价值。方法:抽取2021年1月~2023年5月于本院就诊的疑似急性阑尾炎患者75例(最终经过金标准检测方式共检测出罹患阑尾炎的患者60例),均应用浅表超声、腹部超声检查、计算机体层成像(CT)检查。将检测结果与金标准(最终临床确诊结果)相比较,分析不同检测方式诊断效能。结果:金标准检测方式共确诊阑尾炎患者60例,联合检测方式诊断准确率均高于浅表超声及腹部超声、CT检查,并且差异显著(P<0.05)。联合检测方式诊断灵敏度及诊断符合率均显著高于单独浅表超声检查及单独腹部超声检查、CT检查,并且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在急性阑尾炎诊断中,联合超声检查方式,相较于单独性浅表超声检查、腹部超声检查及CT检查,可进一步提升诊断准确性。Objective:Analyze the clinical value of combined abdominal ultrasound and superficial ultrasound detection in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:75 suspected acute appendicitis patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected(a total of 60 patients with appendicitis were ultimately detected through the gold standard testing method),all of whom underwent superficial ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound,and CT examination.Compare the test results with the gold standard(final clinical diagnosis result)and analyze the diagnostic efficacy of different testing methods.Results:A total of 60 patients with appendicitis were diagnosed using the gold standard testing method.The diagnostic accuracy of the combined testing method was higher than that of superficial ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound,and CT testing,and the parameter difference was established(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of the joint detection method were significantly higher than those of single superficial ultrasound testing,single abdominal ultrasound testing,and CT testing,and the parameter difference was established(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,the combined ultrasound examination method can further improve diagnostic accuracy compared to individual superficial ultrasound examination,abdominal ultrasound examination,and CT examination.
