摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈功能不全影像学检查诊断中,经阴道和经腹部超声的诊断价值。方法:抽取2021年1月~2023年12月在本院经综合检查确诊的116例宫颈功能不全患者,分别行经阴道和经腹部超声检查,并比较其检出率、宫颈图像显示率以及宫颈管显示满意度。结果:经阴道超声检出宫颈功能不全110例(94.83%),经腹部超声检出90例(77.59%),前者检查准确率高于后者(P<0.05)。经阴道超声检查的宫颈图像显示率,比经腹部超声检查更高(P<0.05)。经阴道超声检查的宫颈管显示满意度为94.83%,比经腹部超声检查高(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈功能不全诊断中,采用经阴道超声检查的准确率更高,图像质量更好,在宫颈功能不全临床检查中可以优先采用经阴道超声检查诊断。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound in the imaging diagnosis of cervical insufficiency.Methods:116 patients with cervical insufficiency who were diagnosed through comprehensive examination in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,and transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound examinations were performed respectively.The detection rate,cervical image display rate,and satisfaction with cervical canal display were compared.Results:110 cases(94.83%)of cervical insufficiency were detected by transvaginal ultrasound,and 90 cases(77.59%)were detected by transabdominal ultrasound.The accuracy of the former was higher than the latter(P<0.05).The cervical imaging display rate of transvaginal ultrasound examination is higher than that of abdominal ultrasound examination(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of cervical canal display on transvaginal ultrasound examination was 94.83%,which was higher than that on abdominal ultrasound examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of cervical insufficiency,transvaginal ultrasound examination has higher accuracy and better image quality.Transvaginal ultrasound examination can be given priority in clinical examination of cervical insufficiency.
