摘 要:目的:探究冷光源黄疸治疗仪联合白蛋白治疗新生儿黄疸患儿的临床效果。方法:选择2020年1月~2022年12月本院收治的70例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象,将其采用计算机随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各35例。对照组采用冷光源黄疸治疗仪治疗,观察组采用冷光源黄疸治疗仪联合白蛋白治疗,对比两组治疗效果、血清指标、免疫功能指标、症状改善时间以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.14%高于对照组的80.00%(χ^(2)=5.081,P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清转铁蛋白、总胆汁酸、总胆红素指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组转铁蛋白指标高于对照组,总胆汁酸、总胆红素指标低于对照组(t=4.181,13.033,13.874,P<0.05);治疗前两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(t=2.825,2.989,2.034,P<0.05);观察组胎便排空时间、退黄时间短于对照组(t=8.233,9.994,P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率2.86%低于对照组的22.86%(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸患儿在疾病治疗过程中使用冷光源黄疸治疗仪联合白蛋白治疗具有良好的临床效果,能够改善患儿血清指标,缩短患儿症状持续时间,而且不良反应发生率低,具有较高安全性。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cold light source jaundice treatment instrument combined with albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:70 newborns with jaundice admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a observation group and a control group using a computer random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a cold light source jaundice treatment device,while the observation group was treated with a cold light source jaundice treatment device combined with albumin.The treatment effects,serum indicators,immune function indicators,symptom improvement time,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of 97.14%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.081,P<0.05);Before treatment,the differences in TRF,TBA,and TBIL indicators between the two groups were negligible(P>0.05).After treatment,the TRF indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the TBA and TBIL indicators were lower than those in the control group(t=4.181,13.033,13.874,P<0.05);The difference in CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)indicators between the two groups before treatment can be ignored(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)levels were lower than those in the control group(t=2.825,2.989,2.034,P<0.05);The emptying time and yellowing time of fetal feces in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(t=8.233,9.994,P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.86%lower than that in the control group(22.86%,χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of a cold light source jaundice treatment device combined with albumin therapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has good clinical effects,can improve serum indicator
