正畸联合牙周夹板治疗牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸联合牙周夹板治疗牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位的临床疗效。方法:采用随机盲选法将2020年10月~2022年10月在本院就诊的牙周炎致前牙扇形移位患者98例划分为两组,各49例;其中,对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者实施正畸联合牙周夹板治疗,进一步对比两组患者的菌斑指数、附着丧失、龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙龈指数及松动度指标水平情况。结果:结束治疗后观察组患者的牙周探针深度、牙龈指数、附着丧失指标测量后提示低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、牙齿松动程度测量数据提示低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周炎致前牙扇形移位患者展开正畸联合牙周夹板方案治疗对于牙周状态有较好的改善效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with periodontal splint in the treatment of anterior segment displacement caused by periodontitis.Methods:In this study,98 patients with periodontitis-induced anterior tooth fan-displacement admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were divided into two groups(49 cases).Among them,patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received orthodontic combined periodontal splint treatment.The plaque index(PLI),attachment loss(AL),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal probing depth(PD),gingival index(GI)and mobility indexes of the two groups were further compared.Results:After treatment,PD,GI and AL indexes of observation group were lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the measurement data of SBI,PLI and tooth loosening in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal splint can improve the periodontal status of patients with anterior fan-shaped displacement caused by periodontitis.
