摘　　要：高压氧舱在临床高压氧治疗中是必不可少的设备,它的安全使用与管理直接影响患者的治疗效果和生命安全。它是一种物理治疗方法,通过在高于大气压的环境中吸入纯氧或高浓度氧气来治疗患者,在治疗厌氧菌感染、皮肤移植术后等方面表现出显著的疗效。为了确保治疗效果,高压氧舱必须处于良好的运行状态,因此,做好对高压氧舱的日常维护管理是非常必要的。文章从高压氧舱质控的重要性出发,对高压氧舱常见故障、维护保养措施和安全因素进行了分析,并在此基础上制定了提高安全性能、高效使用、减少故障率等措施。Hyperbaric oxygen chamber is an essential equipment in clinical hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and its safe use and management directly affect the treatment effect and life safety of patients.It is a physiotherapy method that treats patients by inhaling pure or highly concentrated oxygen in an environment at higher than atmospheric pressure,and has shown remarkable efficacy in the treatment of anaerobic infections,skin transplant operations,and so on.In order to ensure the treatment effect,the hyperbaric oxygen chamber must be in a good state of operation,therefore,it is necessary to do a good job of daily maintenance and management of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.Based on the importance of quality control of hyperbaric oxygen chamber,this paper analyzes the common faults,maintenance measures and safety factors of hyperbaric oxygen chamber.On this basis,measures such as improving safety performance,efficient use and reducing failure rate are formulated.
