摘　　要：环泊酚是近年来国内首个自主研发的Ⅰ类创新药物,属于非巴比妥类静脉麻醉药,具有起效快、恢复快、注射痛少等特点。相比丙泊酚,具有更高的效价比和更广的安全窗,这使其在临床应用中具有一定的优势。自上市以来,环泊酚已广泛应用于麻醉和重症医学领域。本文根据目前有关环泊酚的临床研究资料,就其药理学特点、临床应用现状和研究进展作一综述,以期为临床用药提供参考。Ciprofol is the first domestically developed ClassⅠinnovative drug in recent years.As a non-barbiturate intravenous anesthetic,it is characterized by rapid onset,quick recovery,and minimal injection pain.Compared to propofol,ciprofol offers a higher efficacy ratio and a broader safety margin,providing significant advantages in clinical applications.Since its market introduction,ciprofol has been widely used in anesthesia and critical care medicine.This article reviews the pharmacological characteristics,current clinical applications,and research progress of ciprofol based on the existing clinical research data,aiming to provide a reference for its clinical use.
