摘　　要：目的:对比分析在实施心肌桥(Myocardial Bridge,MB)诊断的过程中冠状动脉CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)检查与数字减影血管造影(Digital subtraction angiography,DSA)检查的临床价值。方法:本研究将医院收治的经过病理证实的MB患者32例作为实验对象,所有患者均实施冠状动脉CTA检查(观察组)以及DSA检查(对照组),并以病理检查结果作为金标准,比较冠状动脉CTA检查和DSA检查诊断MB的价值。结果:观察组诊断符合率、漏诊率、误诊率以及对前降支中段MB、前降支远端MB诊断符合率均显著差别于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在实施MB诊断的过程中冠状动脉CTA的诊断符合率、不同MB部位诊断符合率相对较高,误诊率、漏诊率相对较低,其诊断价值显著高于DSA检查。Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical value of coronary CT angiography(CTA)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge(MB).Methods:This study selected 32 patients with MB admitted to the hospital and confirmed by pathology as the experimental subjects.All patients underwent coronary artery CTA examination(observation group)and DSA examination(control group),and the pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic value of coronary artery CTA examination and DSA examination for MB.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,and diagnostic accuracy for MB in the middle and distal segments of the anterior descending branch in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of MB diagnosis,the diagnostic coincidence rate of coronary CTA and different parts of MB is relatively high,and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis is relatively low,its diagnostic value is significantly higher than that of DSA.
