摘　　要：目的:探讨不预先留置输尿管支架管的输尿管软镜碎石术在处理HALF分类低危组上尿路结石的应用效果。方法:选取2023年5月~2023年11月本院收治的HALF分类低危组上尿路结石患者共64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32)。观察组行1期输尿管软镜碎石术,对照组行2期输尿管软镜碎石术。分别比较两组手术成功率、住院时间、费用以及结石复发率、生活质量、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者住院时间、费用均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者WHOQOL-BREF评分均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症总发生率相近(P>0.05);观察组患者总满意度高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:不预先留置输尿管支架管的输尿管软镜碎石术能够有效治疗HALF分类低危组上尿路结石患者,缓解患者经济压力,促进患者恢复,提升生活质量和满意度,具备安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy without ureteral stents in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones in the HALF classified low-risk group.Methods:A total of 64 patients with upper urinary tract stones in HALF of the low-risk group admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32)by random number table method.The observation group underwent one stage of ureteroscopic lithotripsy,and the control group underwent two stages of ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Operation success rate,hospital stay,cost,recurrence rate of stone,quality of life,incidence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups,respectively.Results:The hospitalization time and cost of observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,WHOQOL-BREF score was improved in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Flexible ureteral lithotripsy without ureteral stenting can effectively treat upper urinary tract stones in HALF of the low-risk group,relieve the economic pressure of patients,promote the recovery of patients,improve the quality of life and satisfaction,and have safety.
