摘　　要：近年来,随着医疗技术的不断发展,全身麻醉气管插管术在临床上得到广泛应用。然而,传统的气管插管术存在一定的风险和难度。因此,研究人员开始探索新的气管插管辅助工具,以提高操作的成功率和安全性。其中,HC可视喉镜和纤维光导支气管镜成为研究的热点。近年来,一些研究对HC可视喉镜和纤维光导支气管镜的联合应用进行了探索。研究结果显示,两者的联合应用可以进一步提高气管插管的成功率和安全性。本研究以HC可视喉镜联合纤维光导支气管镜在全身麻醉气管插管中的应用为主题,通过文献综述与分析探讨当前该领域的研究进展。In recent years,with the continuous development of medical technology,general anesthesia tracheal intubation has been widely used in clinical practice.However,traditional tracheal intubation has certain risks and difficulties.Therefore,researchers began to explore new tracheal intubation AIDS to improve the success and safety of the procedure.Among them,HC visual laryngoscope and fiberoptic bronchoscope have become research hotspots.In recent years,some studies have explored the combined application of HC visual laryngoscope and fiberoptic bronchoscope.The results show that the combined application of the two can further improve the success rate and safety of tracheal intubation.This study focuses on the application of HC visual laryngoscope combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope in endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia,and discusses the current research progress in this field through literature review and analysis.
