摘　　要：目的:探讨改良的双极射频溶脂技术在形体雕塑中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2020年12月~2021年12月在本院行形体塑造的患者110例,采用双盲法将患者分成两组,即对照组与观察组各55例,前者实施常规的负压吸脂手术,后者实施改良的双极射频溶脂技术,对比两组取得的效果、满意度调查结果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为94.55%,与对照组的78.18%对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组总满意度96.36%,与对照组的81.82%对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组与对照组并发症发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:改良的双极射频溶脂技术用于形体雕塑中,可获得良好的紧致皮肤效果,且并发症少,患者满意度高。Objective:To discuss the application effect of the modified bipolar radiofrequency fat dissolution technique in body sculpture.Methods:The study subjects were 110 patients who underwent body shaping in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021.The patients were divided into two groups using a double-blind method,namely a control group and an observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The former underwent routine negative pressure liposuction surgery,while the latter implemented improved bipolar radiofrequency lipolysis technology.The results of the satisfaction survey and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate of the observation group was 94.55%,significantly different from 78.18%in the control group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.36%and 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the complication rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified bipolar radiofrequency fat soluble technique used in body sculpture can obtain good tightening skin effect with few complications and high patient satisfaction.
