急诊早期应用呼吸机抢救急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的临床效果研究

摘  要:目的:分析急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭(AOPP-RF)患者在早期应用呼吸机抢救的效果。方法:选择2021年6月~2023年6月收治的68例AOPP-RF患者,遵循数字随机法原则将患者分为2组,各34例。对照组在后期应用呼吸机,观察组在早期应用呼吸机。对比肺功能指标、血气分析指标、临床指标、氧化应激指标。结果:观察组肺功能、血气分析、临床指标、氧化应激水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在AOPP-RF抢救中,早期为患者提供呼吸机治疗,并加以药物清除机体致毒物质可改善患者呼吸功能,缩短自主呼吸、意识恢复等时间,缓解呼吸肌疲劳状态,维持肺泡通气,减轻氧化应激;同时还能改善血气指标,稳定生命体征。Objective:To analyze the effect of early use of ventilator rescue in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning induced respiratory failure(AOPP-RF).Methods:68 AOPP-RF patients admitted from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group,following the principle of digital randomization.The control group received mechanical ventilation in the later stage,while the observation group received mechanical ventilation in the early stage.Compare lung function indicators,blood gas analysis indicators,clinical indicators,and oxidative stress indicators.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had better lung function,blood gas analysis,clinical indicators,and oxidative stress water on average(P<0.05).Conclusion:In AOPP-RF rescue,early provision of mechanical ventilation and drug clearance of toxic substances can improve respiratory function,shorten the time for spontaneous respiration and consciousness recovery,alleviate respiratory muscle fatigue,maintain alveolar ventilation,and alleviate oxidative stress;At the same time,it can also improve blood gas indicators and stabilize vital signs.
