纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗重症肺部感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析在实施重症肺部感染(Severe pulmonary infection,SPI)患者治疗的过程中纤维支气管镜吸痰的临床疗效。方法:本研究随机在医院接受SPI治疗的患者中抽取52例开展实验研究,以电脑随机分组法和1:1分组原则将患者分为人数相同的观察组(n=26)与对照组(n=26),对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者实施常规治疗+奥林巴斯290系列纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗。结果:治疗前两组患者血清炎症因子水平以及血气指标水平一致性较强,P>0.05。观察组患者治疗效果、治疗后血清炎症因子、血气指标水平以及血象正常、体温恢复、症状消失与住院时间均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:在为SPI患者实施治疗的过程中纤维支气管镜吸痰的应用效果显著。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of bronchofiberscopic sputum aspiration in patients with severe pulmonary infection(SPI).Methods:This study randomly selected 52 patients who received SPI treatment in hospital to carry out the experimental study.The patients were divided into observation group(n=26)and control group(n=26)with the same number of patients by computer randomization method and 1:1 grouping principle.The patients in the control group received routine treatment.Observation group received conventional treatment+Olympus 290 series fiberoptic bronchoscopy sputum aspiration treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in serum inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The treatment effect,serum inflammatory factors,blood gas index levels,normal blood image,body temperature recovery,symptom disappearance and hospital stay in observation group were significantly different from those in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Fiberbronchoscope sputum aspiration is effective in the treatment of SPI patients.
