经络导平治疗仪辅助治疗脑卒中偏瘫早期的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:分析在为脑卒中偏瘫患者实施治疗的过程中综合康复技术联合经络导平治疗仪的早期疗效。方法:本研究随机在医院接受脑卒中偏瘫治疗的患者中抽取52例开展实验研究,采用电脑随机分组法将纳入本研究的患者分为观察组(n=26,治疗方法:综合康复技术+经络导平治疗仪)与对照组(n=26,治疗方法:综合康复技术)。结果:两组患者治疗前运动功能、肌力、日常生活能力、神经功能以及生活质量均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后两组患者上述指标差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对于脑卒中偏瘫患者来说,综合康复技术+经络导平治疗仪是相对较为理想的一种治疗方案,获得了较为显著的早期疗效。Objective:To analyze the early curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation technology combined with meridiantao therapy device in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:In this study,52 patients who received hemiplegia treatment in hospital were randomly selected to carry out the experimental study.The grouping method adopted was computer randomization.The patients included in this study were divided into observation group(n=26,treatment method:comprehensive rehabilitation technology+meridiantao therapy device)and control group(n=26,treatment method:comprehensive rehabilitation technology).Results:There were no significant differences in motor function,muscle strength,daily living ability,nerve function and quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with hemiplegia,comprehensive rehabilitation technology plus channel and meridiantao therapy device is a relatively ideal treatment plan,which has obtained a relatively significant early effect.
