探讨对子宫切口妊娠采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫切口妊娠诊断中的作用效果。方法:本院于2019年5月~2022年12月随机选择50例子宫切口妊娠患者影像诊断数据进行回顾性研究,均接受经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断、经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断,有明确病理诊断结果,对比两组筛查率、准确分型结果、诊断效能、图像质量四项数据指标。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠筛查率高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断准确分型结果同经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断敏感度90.00%,准确性90.00%,漏诊率10.00%,阳性预测值100.00%,阴性预测值0。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断敏感度100.00%,准确性100.00%,漏诊率10.00%,阳性预测值100.00%,阴性预测值0;经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断图像质量高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠图像质量清晰,筛查率高,分型准确,诊断效能高,具有更高的临床诊断价值。Objective:To observe the effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy.Methods:Our hospital randomly selected 50 patients with uterine incision pregnancy from May 2019 to December 2022 for a retrospective study of imaging diagnostic data.All patients underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,with clear pathological diagnosis results.The screening rate,accurate typing results,diagnostic efficacy,and image quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The screening rate of uterine incision pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that diagnosed by abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the accurate classification results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis(P<0.05);The sensitivity and accuracy of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis are 90.00%,90.00%,and the missed diagnosis rate is 10.00%.The positive predictive value is 100.00%,and the negative predictive value is 0.Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a sensitivity of 100.00%,accuracy of 100.00%,missed diagnosis rate of 10.00%,positive predictive value of 100.00%,and negative predictive value of 0;The image quality of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy has clear image quality,high screening rate,accurate classification,high diagnostic efficiency,and higher clinical diagnostic value.
