16层螺旋CT与DR检查肋骨骨折临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对肋骨骨折患者分别实施16层螺旋CT以及DR检查后获得的临床应用效果。方法:选取本院2020年2月~2022年4月的52例肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象。对所有患者分别进行16层螺旋CT以及DR检查,观察诊断结果。结果:对于本次研究的52例肋骨骨折患者,表现出单发骨折患者22例,所占比例为42.31%;表现出多发骨折患者30例,所占比例为57.69%;对患者的肋骨段位加以观察,11例在1段~3段,所占比例为21.15%;38例在4段~10段,所占比例为73.08%;3例在11段~12段,所占比例为5.77%。12例在前肋骨位置,所占比例为23.08%;29例在腋段位置,所占比例为55.77%;11例在后肋骨位置,所占比例为21.15%。16层螺旋CT检查确诊率同DR检查比较,表现为显著提升,漏诊率同DR检查比较,表现为显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:使用影像学检查对肋骨骨折进行诊断,同DR检查比较,16层螺旋CT的应用价值更为明显,在提高确诊率方面,可以获得显著效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of 16-slice spiral CT and DR In patients with rib fracture.Methods:52 patients with rib fracture in our hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.All patients were diagnosed by 16-slice spiral CT and DR Respectively,and the diagnostic results were observed.Results:Among the 52 patients with rib fracture in this study,22 patients showed single fracture,accounting for 42.31%;There were 30 patients with multiple fractures,accounting for 57.69%;The rib segments of the patients were observed,and 11 cases were in the 1-3 segment,accounting for 21.15%.38 cases were in stage 4-10,accounting for 73.08%;3 cases were in segment 11-12,accounting for 5.77%.12 cases were in the anterior rib,accounting for 23.08%;29 cases were located in axillary bone,accounting for 55.77%;In 11 cases,the posterior rib position accounted for 21.15%.Compared with DR examination,the diagnosis rate of 16-slice spiral CT examination was significantly increased,and the missed diagnosis rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with DR chest film diagnosis,16-slice spiral CT has more obvious application value in the diagnosis of rib fracture,and can obtain significant effect in improving the diagnosis rate of rib fracture.
