摘　　要：为保障医院科研用试剂耗材的采购管理保持规范,需要合理优化采购方式,进一步强化供应商管理,并采取有效的管理对策,使科研用试剂耗材的采购和管理水平得到提高,使采购成本得到降低,充分保证产品质量,为医院科研工作开展创造有利条件。本文针对医院科研用试剂耗材的采购和管理展开分析,介绍科研试剂和耗材的分类,探讨科研用试剂耗材的采购和管理现状,并提出具体的优化对策,希望能够为相关研究人员起到一些参考和借鉴。In order to ensure standardized procurement management of hospital research reagent consumables,it is necessary to optimize procurement methods reasonably,further strengthen supplier management,and adopt effective management strategies to improve the procurement and management level of research reagent consumables,reduce procurement costs,fully ensure product quality,and create favorable conditions for hospital research work.This article analyzes the procurement and management of hospital research reagent consumables,introduces the classification of research reagents and consumables,explores the current status of procurement and management of research reagent consumables,and proposes specific advantages and disadvantages.We hope to provide some reference and inspiration for relevant researchers in terms of countermeasures.
