摘　　要：西门子Artist Zeego Ⅲ数字化平板血管造影机设备属于精密型的大型影像设备,融合了血管造影与计算机技术,应用灵活,检查灵敏度和特异度均较高,既能够进行二维造影,还可实现三维数字减影成像,是现阶段血管疾病诊断和治疗的重要手段,能够辅助临床进行疾病诊断和预后评估。西门子Artist Zeego Ⅲ血管造影机中所用技术先进、尖端,大容量球管、高质量射线图像转换传感器等部件精密度均较高,属于仪器设备的关键性部件,而电气控制部分以及管路传输、机械运转等以常规设计为主,主要部件为通用型外购产品,也具有较高的故障发生率,对机器正常运转可造成干扰。本文针对西门子Artist Zeego Ⅲ血管造影机临床应用过程中典型故障及维修方法进行汇总和分析,以便机器设备出现故障时能够迅速明确故障点,缩短维修周期。The Siemens Artist Zeego Ⅲ angiography machine is a precision equipment that integrates angiography and computer technology.It is flexible in application,with high sensitivity and specificity in examination.It can perform both two-dimensional imaging and three-dimensional digital subtraction imaging,and is an important means of diagnosing vascular diseases in clinical practice at present,it can assist clinical disease diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.The Siemens Artist Zeego Ⅲ angiography machine utilizes a large amount of high-precision and cutting-edge technology,including key relatively closed modules such as large capacity tubes,application software,and high-quality X-ray image conversion sensors.The electrical control,pipeline transmission,and most mechanical operation subsystems are mostly designed and constructed using conventional methods,with general-purpose purchased products as the main components and a high failure rate,may cause interference to the normal operation of the machine.This study summarizes and analyzes common faults and maintenance methods in the clinical application of Siemens Artist Zeego Ⅲ angiography machine,in order to quickly identify the fault point and shorten the maintenance cycle when the machine equipment malfunctions.
