摘  要:目的:研究再生器械止血钳的清洗方案和效果。方法:选择本院2021年6月~2022年6月手术室使用的再生器械284个,按随机分配法划分成四组各71个,甲组给予手工刷洗+机洗,乙组给予机洗+多酶,丙组给予机洗+过氧化氢,丁组给予机洗+多酶+超声+蒸汽清洗机,比较各组清洗效果。结果:经肉眼裸视检查、五倍光源放大镜、ATP生物荧光检测,均发现丁组表面、齿牙、轴节的合格率高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:经机洗+多酶+超声+蒸汽清洗机后,可提升再生器械的清洗效果。Objective:Research on the cleaning plan and effectiveness of regenerative hemostatic forceps.Methods:284 regenerative instruments used in the operating room of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into four groups with 71 instruments each.Group A was given manual brushing and machine washing,group B was given machine washing+multi enzyme,group C was given machine washing+hydrogen peroxide,and group D was given machine washing+multi enzyme+ultrasound+steam cleaning.The cleaning effects of each group were compared.Results:Through naked eye examination,five fold light source magnifying glass,and ATP biofluorescence detection,it was found that the qualification rate of the surface,teeth,and axons in the group D was higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:After machine washing,multi enzyme,ultrasound,and steam cleaning,the cleaning effect of regenerated instruments can be improved.
