摘　　要：目的:探究PDA器械追溯管理系统方法应用在手术室器械管理中的应用有效性。方法:纳入本次研究的对象共计70例医护人员以及500份手术器械,以2022年整年为研究时间,并以7月实施PDA器械追溯管理系统作为分界,实施该管理前(2022年1月~2022年6月)采用人工管理方式,管理后(2022年7月~2022年12月)采用PDA器械追溯管理系统方法,针对管理前后的手术器材包发生差错的情况、术中准备手术器械设备的平均时间及医疗器械设备的使用度、器械设备故障发生率以及医护人员满意度的情况展开比较。结果:实施管理后,手术器材包发生差错的情况明显低于管理前(P<0.05);医护人员医疗器械设备的使用度和平均准备时间明显低于管理前(P<0.05);故障发生率明显低于管理前(P<0.05);器械使用满意度明显高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:将PDA器械追溯管理系统方法应用到手术室器械管理中,能够有效提升医护人员的使用度,在管理上更加规范,有效降低了手术器材发生差错的情况以及器械设备故障的发生率,提高医护人员对于器械管理的满意度,具有一定的可行性。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the application of PDA device traceability management system method in operating room device management.Methods:A total of 70 medical staff and 500 surgical instruments were included in this study.The study was conducted throughout the year 2022,with the implementation of the PDA instrument traceability management system in July as the boundary.Before the implementation of this management(January 2022 to June 2022),manual management was used,and after the management(July 2022 to December 2022),the PDA instrument traceability management system method was used to address errors in surgical equipment packages before and after management compare the average time spent preparing surgical instruments and equipment during surgery,the usage of medical instruments and equipment,the incidence of equipment failures,and the satisfaction of medical staff.Results:After the implementation of management,the occurrence of errors in surgical equipment kits was significantly lower than that before management(P<0.05).The use degree and average preparation time of medical equipment were significantly lower than before management(P<0.05).The fault incidence was significantly lower than that before management(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of instrument use was significantly higher than that before management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDA device traceability management system to operating room instrument management can effectively improve the use of medical staff,more standardized management,effectively reduce the occurrence of surgical equipment errors and the incidence of equipment failure,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff for instrument management,which has certain feasibility.
