摘　　要：子痫前期(PE)是一种常导致孕妇发生不良结局的妊娠期特有疾病,严重威胁孕妇及胎儿的健康。一旦发生PE,临床只能给予对症治疗,因此早发现、早诊断就显得尤为重要。该文概述了PE发生时胎盘生长因子(PLGF)、可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶-1(sFlt-1)、血小板相关参数、D-二聚体(D-D)、生化相关指标、炎症相关指标等检测指标的水平变化趋势,以及各指标变化程度所对应的孕妇病情严重程度。这些指标的联合检测不仅有助于临床尽早诊断PE,还可根据病情进行分类管理,有助于临床进行针对性治疗,积极改善母婴预后。放眼未来,发现、发展可预测PE及严重程度的实验室指标是应对PE风险的主要策略。Preeclampsia(PE)is a pregnancy-specific disease that often leads to adverse outcomes in pregnant women,which seriously threatens the health of pregnant women and the fetus.Once PE occurs,only symptomatic treatment can be given clinically,so early detection and early diagnosis are particularly important.This paper summarizes the change trend of placental growth factor(PLGF),soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1(sFlt-1),platelet-related parameters,D-dimer(D-D),biochemical related indicators,inflammatory related indicators and the severity degree of pregnant women′s illness corresponding to the degree of change of each indicator.These indicators combined detection not only helps the clinical diagnosis of PE as early as possible,but also can be classified and managed according to the disease condition,which is conducive to clinical targeted treatment and actively improve the maternal and infantile prognosis.Classified management according to the condition is conducive to targeted clinical intervention and positive improvement of maternal and infant prognosis.Looking to the future,the discovery and development of laboratory indicators that can predict preeclampsia and its severity are the main strategies to cope with PE risk.
