摘　　要：科技创新推动着社会的变革,使得科学原创精神成为科技强国的内生性动力。科学原创精神是科学家在原始性、本源性探索过程中凝练出的人格特质,是科学精神与哲学智慧有机结合的产物。从自然科学的发展历程来看,科学和哲学的关系密不可分,哲学给科学以世界观和方法论的指导。培育科学原创精神,应着重培育既具备哲学家的理性思辨能力,又具备科学家的实证研究能力的哲人科学家,以助力于提升我国的自主创新能力,进而推进新时代科技强国战略的贯彻实施。Scientific and technological innovation promotes social change,making the spirit of scientific originality an endogenous driving force for a strong country in science and technology.The spirit of scientific originality is a personality trait refined by scientists in the process of primary and original exploration,and it is the product of the organic integration of scientific spirit and philosophical wisdom.Looking at the development history of natural science,the relationship between science and philosophy is inseparable,with philosophy providing worldview and methodological guidance to science.To cultivate the spirit of scientific originality,it is essential to focus on nurturing philosopher-scientists who possess both the rational speculative ability of philosophers and the empirical research ability of scientists.This will aid in enhancing our country's independent innovation capability and further promote the implementation of the strategy for a strong country in science and technology in the new era.
