摘 要:高校文化资本能够形成组织特性,促进院校分类和分层,这种差异性和不平等是院校不断追求卓越的希望和动力;高校文化资本能够形成师生共同的价值信仰、行为习惯、物理环境和制度规范,进而促进不同类型的人才培养,涵养组织性情,塑造院校形象;高校文化资本具有内敛性,能够提升共同体的内部团结和外部认可,降低交易成本,提升组织效益,有效抵御组织的不稳定性和外部冲击;高校文化资本具有外放性,能够推动组织及其成员朝着一个共同的目标努力,实现组织转型或跨越式发展,进而接近或实现大学发展的愿景。The cultural capital of colleges and universities can form organizational characteristics and promote the classification and stratification of institutions.Such differences and inequalities are the hope and motivation for institutions to continuously pursue excellence.The cultural capital of colleges and universities can establish shared values,behavioral habits,physical environments,and institutional norms among faculty and students,which in turn can promote the cultivation of different types of talents,nourish the organizational temperament,and shape the image of the institution.The cultural capital of colleges and universities is introverted,which can enhance the internal solidarity and external recognition of the community,reduce transaction costs,improve organizational efficiency,and effectively resist organizational instability and external impact.The cultural capital of colleges and universities is extroverted,which can propel the organization and its members toward a common goal,strive for organizational transformation or leapfrog development,and thus approach or achieve the vision of university development.
