生产性服务业与制造业融合对制造业升级的影响研究——基于制造业升级多维度考量

摘　　要：近年来随着制造业转型升级内涵不断丰富,制造业更加倾向于高质量、高效率、高效益的提升,生产性服务业的发展对于产业结构的调整有着重要的战略性意义。本文在制造业升级内涵重构视角下探讨生产性服务业与制造业融合对制造业转型升级的促进路径,通过综合融合度、制造业升级指数对两业融合水平和制造业转型升级进行评价,采用FEM模型对两者间的关系进行实证检验。结果表明:生产性服务业与制造业的融合对制造业升级的促进作用显著为正,主要提升维度体现在规模和结构两方面,但目前我国两业融合多集中于低端领域;人均GDP与财政支出对制造业升级具有一定的抑制作用,但抑制作用并不明显;研究与发展内部支出对制造业升级的促进作用显著,创新驱动效应较强。据此,本文提出了促进高端生产性服务业与制造业的融合,研发成果市场化、产业化等政策建议。In recent years,with the continuous enrichment of the connotation of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,the manufacturing industry is more inclined to the improvement of high quality,high efficiency and high efficiency.The development of producer services has important strategic significance for the adjustment of industrial structure.From the perspective of connotation reconstruction of manufacturing upgrading,this paper discusses the promotion path of the integration of producer service industry and manufacturing industry to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,evaluates the integration level of the two industries and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry through comprehensive integration degree and manufacturing upgrading index,and uses FEM model to empirically test the relationship between the two.The results show that the integration of producer service industry and manufacturing industry has a significant positive effect on the upgrading of manufacturing industry,and the main improvement dimensions are reflected in scale and structure,but at present,the integration of the two industries in China is mostly concentrated in the low-end field.Per capita GDP and fiscal expenditure have a certain inhibitory effect on manufacturing upgrading,but the inhibitory effect is not obvious;The internal expenditure on research and development has a significant promoting effect on the upgrading of manufacturing industry,and the innovationdriven effect is strong.Based on this,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on promoting the integration of high-end producer service industry and manufacturing industry,and the marketization and industrialization of R&D achievements.
