摘 要:由于复合绝缘子自身结构的特点,其沿面电场分布极不均匀,在湿度较大或凝露出现时容易引发水珠电晕放电现象从而加速复合绝缘子伞裙和护套的老化,严重时还会引起闪络事故。安装均压环能够降低和转移局部最大场强,降低电场不均匀程度。本研究基于多物理场仿真软件建立了实际线路铁塔、导线、绝缘子的三维塔线模型,应用有限元法进行电场仿真计算,应用控制变量法研究了在大小均压环配置情况下,均压环环半径、管半径、屏蔽深度对电场分布的影响,得到了500 kV紧凑型线路单V串大小环配置的均压环方案。结果表明,在优化均压环配置下,伞裙护套表面电场强度峰值可以限制在4.45 kV/cm以下,金具均压环表面电场小于20 kV/cm,复合绝缘子沿面电场分布得到了有效改善。此外,本研究还进行了均压环可见电晕试验,试验结果表明采用优化均压环配置时的电晕特性符合运行要求,研究结果可为实际工程提供参考。Due to the characteristics of the composite insulator’s structure,the electric field distribution along the insulator surface is extremely uneven.When the humidity is high or condensation occurs,it is easy to cause corona discharge,which will accelerate the aging of the sheds and sheath in the composite insulator,and in severe cases,it can even cause flashover accidents.The installation of grading ring can shift local strong E-field,reduce the nonlinearity of potential distribution and uniform the electric field distribution.In this paper,the three-dimensional geometry model of practical tower,conductor and insulator is established.The electric field simulation calculation is carried out using finite element method based on a multi-physical field simulation software.The influence of grading ring radius,pipe radius and vertical position of the ring along the insulator on electric field distribution with configuration of using large and small grading ring both is studied using control variable method,and the optimized scheme of large and small grading ring configuration of single V-string in 500 kV compact line is obtained.It is indicated by the results that in the configuration of optimized grading rings,the electric field peak value on the surface of the sheds and sheath is limited to less than 4.45 kV/cm,and the electric field on the surface of the grading ring and end-fittings are less than 20 kV/cm.The electric field distribution along the surface of the composite insulator is effectively improved.At the same time,the visible corona test of the configuration of optimized grading rings is carried out.The results show that it satisfies the requirements of operation.The whole results provide a reference for the practical engineering project.
