摘 要:文章主要针对空气热老化试验设备工作原理异于其他常规环境试验设备的特点,通过对不同工作原理的空气热老化试验设备进行立体空间全范围布点实验、不同测量时间测量间隔的校准实验,并对实验结果进行对比分析,认为强制对流式和自然对流式分别需要30、60 min方可进入稳定状态,选择2 min为测量间隔,验证了9个测量点位置分布的科学性,提高了校准方法的适用性。This article mainly focuses on the characteristics of the working principle of air thermal aging testing equipments that is different from other conventional environmental testing equipment.By conducting three-dimensional space full range point placement experiments and calibration experiments at different measurement intervals on air thermal aging testing equipment with different working principles,and comparing and analyzing the experimental results,it is believed that forced convection and natural convection require 30 minutes and 60 minutes respectively to enter a stable state,Selecting 2 minutes as the measurement interval verified the scientific distribution of 9 measurement points and improved the applicability of the calibration method.
