摘  要:风洞试验中飞行器表面压力参数和温度参数的准确测量对研究飞行器的气动载荷和热防护等性能具有重要作用。针对当前非接触式压力和温度敏感涂层只能进行单独参数测量,无法实现压力场和温度场同时、全域测量的问题,提出一种采用特殊喷涂方式和深度学习算法的温压全域复合测量方法。该方法可以同时获得表面全域高分辨率的压力和温度连续分布图谱,大大减少了标定孔布置安装、模型制作和试验周期,为解决风洞试验中温度和压力参数的测量提供一种更有效的方案。The accurate measurement of surface pressure and temperature parameters of aircraft in wind tunnel tests plays an important role in studying the aerodynamic load and thermal protection performance of aircraft.Aiming at the problem that non-contact pressure and temperature sensitive coatings can only be measured individually,and cannot achieve simultaneous and comprehensive measurement of pressure and temperature fields,a temperature and pressure comprehensive composite measurement method using a special spraying method and deep learning algorithm is proposed.This method can simultaneously obtain a high-resolution continuous distribution map of pressure and temperature across the entire surface,greatly reducing the calibration hole arrangement,model production,and testing cycles,providing a more effective solution for measuring temperature and pressure parameters in wind tunnel tests.
