摘  要:烟尘浓度直读检测技术是将β射线的衰减原理直接应用于气态环境中固态物质浓度的测量技术,测量技术适用于固定污染源烟尘排放浓度的现场快速检测以及特殊环境下气体中颗粒物浓度的快速监测。基于β射线电离辐射衰减理论文章设计了配有加热汽化模块的烟尘检测专用枪,其独有特点是排除了超饱和水汽的干扰问题,检测结果误差小,速度快,且具有便携、方便的优点。基于此技术生产的直读检测抢,测试实验的实验数据稳定可靠,验证了新技术的可行性和有效性。The direct reading detection of soot concentration directly applies theβ-ray attenuation principle to detect the concentration of solid substances in gaseous substances.It is suitable for not only on-site immediate detection of soot concentration discharged by fixed pollution resources,but also immediate monitoring of particulate concentration in special gas environments.Based on theβ-ray ionizing radiation attenuation theory,a soot detection gun is specialized with a heating vaporization module,which deals with the interference caused by supersaturated water vapor.The gun is convenient to carry and use.And the detection is accurate and fast.Through experiments,the data is stable and reliable,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the new technology.
