摘  要:针对传统钢卷尺检测过程中在自然环境下对人工依赖大的问题,设计了一种基于图像处理技术的自动检定钢卷尺装置,装置由视觉采集单元、控制单元和数据处理单元三部分构成,通过软件程序自动控制视觉采集单元采集图像数据,进行图像预处理,提取出图像检测区域,进行阈值分割后,确定线纹检测位置,最终计算出被检钢卷尺与标准钢卷尺测量位置的示值误差。依据测量不确定度评定模型,计算不确定度分量,得到示值误差的扩展不确定度U=0.06 mm,k=2。装置通过自动处理数据将有效提高检测速度,提高检测准确度,减轻工作强度。Aiming at the problem of high dependence on manual labor in the traditional steel tape detection process in natural environment,a steel tape automatic calibration device based on image processing technology is designed.The device consists of a visual acquisition unit,a control unit,and a data processing unit.The visual acquisition unit is automatically controlled by a software program to collect image data,perform image preprocessing,extract the image detection area,and perform threshold segmentation,Determine the position for line pattern detection,and finally calculate the indication error between the measured position of the tested steel tape and the standard steel tape.Based on the measurement uncertainty evaluation model,calculate the uncertainty component and obtain the expanded uncertainty of indication error U=0.06 mm,k=2.The device will effectively improve detection speed,accuracy,and reduce work intensity through automatic data processing.
