摘 要:标准测力仪是力值由基准机或标准机传递到工作计量器具的重要仪器。传统的应变式测力仪器受材料和自身原理所限,其自身体积和重量随着量程的增加迅速增加,给实际工作带来不便。针对此,文章提出通过多个测力传感器并联的方式实现对大力值的测量,通过有限元仿真分析了传感器数量和排列方式对结构应力和形变的影响,从中选择了最优的并联方案,并试验验证了所设计并联式标准测力仪的准确性。Standard dynamometers are important instruments for quantity transmission of force value from primary standard or measuring standards to working measuring instruments.Limited by materials and working principles,the volume and weight of traditional dynamometers rapidly increase with the increase of working range.Specialized lifting equipment is essential for large force measuring in industrial sites,which is inconvenient for actual work.To this point,this paper designs a parallel standard dynamometer,which measures the force value through multiple force sensors in parallel.The influence of the number and arrangement of sensors on structural stress and deformation are analyzed through finite element simulation,the optimal parallel scheme is determined from the simulation results,and the accuracy of the designed parallel standard dynamometer has been verified through experiments.
