帝国、战争与智者:公元前5世纪雅典讼师群体壮大的原因

摘　　要：公元前5世纪,通过参与诉讼获利的雅典讼师群体逐渐壮大。其壮大基于深刻的时代背景,主要原因有三个:其一,雅典帝国的扩张为讼师群体壮大提供了政治舞台;其二,伯罗奔尼撒战争为讼师群体壮大提供了实践途径;其三,智者派的流行为讼师群体壮大提供了理论指导。在三个原因的共同作用下,雅典讼师群体逐渐壮大,并影响着雅典的司法进程。In the fifth century B.C.,the group of Athenian litigators,who profited from litigation,gradually grew.Its growth was based on a profound background of the times,and there were three main reasons:first,the expansion of the Athenian Empire provided a political arena for the growth of the community of litigators;second,the Peloponnesian War provided a practical way for the growth of the community of litigators;third,the popularity of the School of the Wise provided a theoretical guidance for the growth of the community of litigators.Under the combined effect of the three reasons,the Athenian litigators gradually grew and influenced the judicial process in Athens.
