摘　　要：目的探究抗逆力提升对老年乳腺癌患者术后自我效能感的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月于复旦大学附属金山医院住院治疗的老年乳腺癌术后患者94例,将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在与对照组相同处理的基础上加用抗逆力提升干预,2组均干预6周。比较2组干预前后抗逆力水平[采用抗逆力水平量表(CD-RISC)评估]、一般自我效能感[采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评估]。结果干预后,观察组CD-RISC总评分、坚韧性评分、力量性评分、乐观性评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组GSES评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗逆力提升干预用于老年乳腺癌术后患者,可有效提升患者的抗逆力和自我效能感,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of resilience enhancement on postoperative self-efficacy in elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with postoperative breast cancer who were hospitalized in Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received resilience enhancement intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The resilience level[assessed by Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)]and general self-efficacy[assessed by General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)]of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the total score of CD-RISC,tenacity score,strength score and optimism score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The GSES score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The resilience enhancement intervention for elderly patients with breast cancer after surgery can effectively improve their resilience and self-efficacy,and has certain clinical application value.
