摘 要:由于传统天然气制氢变换气热量回收过程模拟优化方法直接对炉膛热量进行计算,未对变换气热量循环计算模型进行构建,造成传统方法优化效果差。因此,本文提出天然气制氢变换气热量回收过程模拟优化研究。构建变换气热量循环计算模型,并在此基础上对炉膛热量进行计算,热量回收过程模拟优化流程,实现天然气制氢变换气热量回收过程模拟优化,设计对比实验,实验结果表明该研究方法热量回收效率最高,回收效果最好。Due to the fact that the traditional simulation optimization method for the heat recovery process of natural gas hydrogen production conversion gas directly calculates the furnace heat without constructing a heat cycle calculation model for the conversion gas,the optimization effect of the traditional method is poor.Therefore,this article proposes a simulation and optimization study on the heat recovery process of natural gas hydrogen production conversion.Construct a heat cycle calculation model for the transformation gas,and based on this,calculate the furnace heat.Simulate and optimize the heat recovery process to achieve the simulation and optimization of the natural gas hydrogen production transformation gas heat recovery process.Design comparative experiments,and the experimental results show that this research method has the highest heat recovery efficiency and the best recovery effect.
