摘 要:丙烯酰胺(Acrylamide,简称AM)是丙烯酰胺系中最重要、最简单的一种,用途十分广泛,可用作有机合成及高分子材料的原料,主要用于生产有“百业助剂”“工业味精”和“万能产品”之称的聚丙烯酰胺。因此,研究当今第三代工业化生物法生产丙烯酰胺技术十分必要。本文首先介绍了丙烯酰胺工业化技术发展历程,其次陈述了我国生物法生产丙烯酰胺工业化技术,再次对我国生物法丙烯酰胺生产用腈水合酶的研究进行概述,最后提出当前我国生物法丙烯酰胺工业化生产中存在的主要问题。基于上述分析,展望今后国内生物法生产丙烯酰胺工业化技术的研究方向。Acrylamide(AM)is the most important and simplest type of acrylamide,with a wide range of applications.It can be used as a raw material for organic synthesis and polymer materials.It is mainly used to produce polyacrylamide,which is known as a"versatile additive","industrial monosodium glutamate",and"universal product".Therefore,it is necessary to study the third-generation industrial biological method for producing acrylamide today.This article first introduces the development process of industrial technology for acrylamide,then describes the industrial technology for producing acrylamide through biological methods in China,and provides an overview of the research on nitrile hydratases used in the production of acrylamide through biological methods in China.Finally,the main problems in the current industrial production of acrylamide through biological methods in China are pointed out.Based on the above analysis,we look forward to the research direction of industrial technology for the production of acrylamide by biological methods in China in the future.
