摘 要:目的:建立经典名方玉女煎物质基准中熟地黄、知母、牛膝的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,以毛蕊花糖苷、熟地黄对照药材以及芒果苷、知母对照药材为对照,建立玉女煎中熟地黄和知母的薄层鉴别方法;以齐墩果酸、牛膝对照药材为对照,建立玉女煎中牛膝的薄层鉴别方法,并对其进行方法学验证。结果:3种物质被很好地分离,现象明显,方法学考察结果良好。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确,可作为3种物质的鉴别方法,用于玉女煎物质基准的质量控制。Objective:To establish TLC identification methods of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix in the material reference of classical Yunv Jian decoction.Methods:TLC method the identification of rehmannia glutinosa and anemarrhena asphodeloides in Yunv Jian decoction was established by using verbascoside,rehmannia glutinosa and mangiferin,anemarrhena asphodeloides as the control.TLC method the identification of achyranthes bidentata in Yunv Jian decoction was established by using oleanolic acid and achyranthes bidentata as the control.The methods were verified.Results:The TLC identification method of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,has the characteristics of clear spots,good resolution and no interference.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate and the results are accurate,and can be used as an identification method for the identification of three substances,and is used for the quality control of the material benchmark of Yunu decoction.
