摘 要:在煤化工装置中,设置于储煤场地坑内的卸煤装置普遍存在运行稳定性差、密封性能不好以及所需地坑深度较大的问题,导致建设成本高,生产环境差。为解决以上问题,根据煤的物料特性,对多螺旋输送机进行了选型设计计算,将其作为卸煤设备,应用于储煤场卸煤装置中,有效降低了卸煤装置安装高度,提高了卸煤装置的运行稳定性,并减少了煤粉的泄露。对降低卸煤装置的生产建设成本、改善工作人员生产作业环境作用显著。In the coal chemical plant,the coal unloading device installed in the pit of coal storage yard generally has the problems of poor running stability,poor sealing performance,and required pit is deep,which leads to high construction cost and poor production environment.In order to solve the above problems,according to the material characteristics of coal,the design calculation of the multi-screw conveyor is carried out,and it is used as coal unloading equipment in the coal storage yard unloading device,which can effectively reduce the installation height of the coal unloading device,improve the running stability of the coal unloading device,and reduce the leakage of coal powder.It has a significant effect on reducing the production and construction cost of coal unloading device and improving the working environment of workers.
