摘 要:二甲苯是化工生产中的常用溶剂,传统采用单个精馏塔进行回收,能耗较高。在双碳背景下,工厂采用溶剂回收过程强化新技术,降低溶剂回收的能耗,对工厂提质增效具有重大的现实意义。通过软件模拟二甲苯多效蒸发精馏和热泵精馏工艺流程,对比了不同方案的回收率和能耗,多效蒸发精馏工艺二甲苯回收率为97.99%,年节能费用494万元,热泵精馏工艺二甲苯回收率为99.69%,年节能费用560万元,挖掘了巨大的节能潜力,对该厂后期的技术改造,提供了一定的理论支撑。Xylene is a commonly used solvent in chemical production.It is usually recovered by a single distillation column,which consumes much energy.In the context of dual carbon,the factory adopts new technology to strengthen the solvent recovery process to reduce the energy consumption of solvent recovery,which is of great practical significance to improve the quality and efficiency.The chemical process simulation software was used to simulate the xylene multi effect evaporation distillation and heat pump distillation processes,and the energy consumption and recovery rate of the two schemes were compared.The recovery rate of xylene in the multi effect evaporation distillation process was 97.99%,and the annual energy-saving cost was 4.94 million yuan.The recovery rate of xylene in the heat pump distillation process was 99.69%,and the annual energy-saving cost was 5.60 million yuan.The huge energy saving potential was explored,which provided theoretical support for the later technical transformation.
