摘  要:对二甲苯作为一种非常重要的石油化工基础原料,其具有非常广泛的应用范围,这就对其生产装置提出了非常高的要求。本文介绍了对二甲苯装置,明确了其基本构成、能耗以及设计优化和节能的重要性,在此基础上,分别从增设循环塔流程和引入异构化热高分流程两方面探讨了对二甲苯装置的设计优化,并结合对二甲苯装置的能耗特点,提出了针对性的节能措施,有助于改善运行过程中的能源浪费,提高能源效率,进而为企业带来良好的经济效益。Xylene,as a crucial petrochemical feedstock,has a wide range of applications,demanding high requirements for its production facilities.This paper focuses on the design optimization and energy-saving measures for a xylene plant.The basic composition,energy consumption,and the significance of design optimization and energy-saving are clarified.Based on this,two aspects,namely the addition of a recycling tower process and the introduction of heterogeneous thermal high-splitting process,are discussed for the design optimization of the xylene plant.Considering the energy consumption characteristics of the xylene plant,targeted energy-saving measures are proposed to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy waste during operation,thereby bringing about favorable economic benefits for the company.
