摘　　要：湖湘文化和企业精神的关联研究日渐引起学界关注,已有研究侧重探讨企业家作为微观个体发挥主观能动性融入湖湘文化、培育湘商精神的意义,而基于湖湘文化的湖南企业精神塑造研究并不多见。文章通过梳理湖湘文化形成脉络,并分析其内涵特征,继而阐明文化母体对企业精神影响的内在机理,进而提出湖南企业汲取湖湘文化优秀基因塑造企业精神的对策建议,以发挥湖湘文化对湖南企业精神塑造的积极作用。The research on the connection between Hunan culture and entrepreneurship has attracted more and more attention in academic circles.The previous research focuses on the significance of entrepreneurs as individuals playing their subjective initiative to integrate into Hunan culture and cultivate the spirit of Hunan businessmen,while the research on the shaping of entrepreneurship in Hunan based on Hunan culture is not so much.The paper analyzes the connotations and characteristics of Hunan culture and clarifies the internal mechanism of the influence of the cultural matrix on the entrepreneurial spirit.Based on this,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for Hunan enterprises to draw on the excellent genes of Hunan culture to shape the entrepreneurial spirit,so as to play a positive role in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit in Hunan province.
