摘　　要：高校辅导员担负着对大学生进行思想引导、价值主导、学习辅导、生活指导、心理疏导、行为督导、生涯教导、组织向导、网络利导、实践前导等方面的工作,要从自我内驱力、政策导向力、实践推动力等三个方面“三力齐发”,切实优化高校辅导员职业能力建设动力系统,助力高校辅导员成为当之无愧的思想政治教育骨干力量。College counselors are responsible for providing the students with ideological guidance,value orientation,learning guidance,life guidance,psychological counseling,behavioral supervision,career guidance,organizational guidance,online guidance,and practical guidance.The driving force for the construction of professional abilities of college counselors should be achieved by the three aspects of self-motivation,policy guidance,and practical promotion,so as to help college counselors grow into the undisputed backbone of ideological and political education.
