摘　　要：从前新闻时代的信息传播、新闻业的萌发和成熟三个方面论述了新闻业的出现是特定社会的产物,认为当前新闻业的萎缩和功能嬗变是媒体娱乐和消费功能增强、社会数字化治理范围扩大引起的,其具体表现为新闻业的阐释功能、数据平台功能、文化功能都出现了变化。总体来看,未来新闻业的发展受两个因素影响:一是社会的数字化治理对新闻业的功能替代,二是作为一种文化因素的新闻理念和精神对于现代社会发展的影响。This paper argues that the appearance of news industry is the product of specific society from the in-formation dissemination in the pre-news era,the emergency and maturity of news industry.It is believed that the decrease of news industry and functional evolution are caused by the increase of the entertaining and consuming function of the media and the enlargement of scope of social digital governance.It is manifested in the change of in-terpreting function,data platform function and cultural function of news industry.As for the future development of news industry,we must first of all pay attention to the impact of social digital governance on the functional replace-ment of news industry.Secondly,we must realize the profound influence of news concept and spirit as a cultural el-ement on the development of modern society.
