摘  要:十九大以来,为了建设美丽中国的需要和国家“双碳”目标的实现,对环保提出更高要求。最新的国Ⅵ汽油各项指标更加苛刻。汽油调和不仅关乎成品油质量,组分油比例的优化也对企业创效增效起到重要作用。该文研究了调和汽油指标,对比挑选了适合所在炼化企业的汽油调和计算方法,通过优化汽油调和过程,不仅最大限度地保证了调和汽油质量,还整合了调和组分油如重整汽油和MTBE、甲苯等,根据市场变化来调整汽油调和方案,为企业实现降本增效、节能降碳做出贡献。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the need to build a beautiful China and the achievement of the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals have put forward higher requirements for environmental protection.Therefore,the latest National VI gasoline is more stringent than National V gasoline in terms of various oil product indicators for refining enterprises.The blending of gasoline is not only related to the quality of refined oil but also plays an important role in improving the efficiency of enterprises by optimizing the proportion of component oils.This article studies the blending indicators of blended gasoline,compares and selects suitable gasoline blending calculation methods for the refining enterprise,simplifies the complex gasoline blending problem,and optimizes the blending process.Not only does it ensure the quality of blended gasoline to the maximum extent,but it also integrates blended component oils such as reformed gasoline,MTBE,toluene,and other finished products to adjust the gasoline blending plan according to market price changes,providing enterprises with"cost reduction,efficiency improvement","energy conservation,and carbon reduction".
