摘  要:某企业循环水场冷水泵电机大部分为高压、高功率工频电机,当系统设计供水能力大于实际需求水量时,易造成电能浪费;且通过出口阀进行工艺调整,节流损失大,能耗高。在满足公司安全生产的前提下,采用无刷双馈交流电机及智能调速系统可以通过低压变频控制高压电机,小功率调速控制器控制大功率电机来调整循环水供水量,满足用户的实际需求,实现机泵及风机调速运行,消除阀门节流损失,实现精准调节、减少电耗,实现节能优化。The circulating water field cooling water pump in the petrochemical refining enterprise are all fixed frequency motors,and the process adjustment is carried out through the export valve,resulting in large throttling losses and unable to achieve fine adjustment,resulting in high energy consumption.Under the promise of meeting the safety production of the company,through the use of system optimization and brushless doubly-fed motor for frequency conversion speed regulation transformation,the speed regulation operation of the pump and fan is realized,the throttling losses of the valve are eliminated,accurate adjustment is achieved,energy consumption is reduced,and energy optimization is achieved.
