摘 要:随着城市地下空间开发活动规模的迅速增长,因深基坑开挖引发的周边建筑开裂、地表下沉、地下管线断裂等工程事故屡见不鲜。以成都东郊某膨胀土深基坑开挖引起相邻厂房基础不均匀沉降问题为背景,采用有限元软件对膨胀土深基坑进行了建模计算,并与实测变形数据进行了对比,验证了计算模型的可靠性。计算结果表明:支护结构侧向变形、含水率变化等与厂房沉降有较大的关联性。采用微型桩托换加固处理厂房基础后,建筑物沉降达到稳定状态,确保了后期使用阶段建筑结构的安全稳定。With the rapid growth of urban underground space development activities,engineering accidents such as cracking of surrounding buildings,surface subsidence,and underground pipeline rupture caused by deep foundation pit excavation are not uncommon.The issue of uneven settlement of adjacent factory building caused by excavation of a deep foundation pit in the eastern suburbs of Chengdu was taken as the background.The expansive soil deep foundation pit was modeled and calculated by using finite element software,and compared with measured deformation data to verify the reliability of the calculation model.The calculation results show that the lateral deformation of support structures,changes in water content have significant correlation with factory building settlement.After using micro piles to reinforce the foundation of the factory building,the settlement of the building reaches a stable state,which ensures the safety and stability of the building structure in the later use stage.
